A graduate of The National College of Chiropractic in Chicago, Dr. Bruce M. Fischer has been practicing in the Boca
area for more than 15 years. He serves as the chiropractic physician for several sports teams in the South Florida area,
including Florida Atlantic University, caring for seventeen men's and women's teams. Dr. Fischer has also treated
several medal-winning Olympic athletes. Dr. Fischer has lectured at the Harvard Medical School Deaconess Hospital
and at the Miami School of Medicine on chiropractic manipulation and spinal pain.

Tamar B. Clarke, RPT, MSPT, joined Boca Trauma and Rehab in June, 2007 after practicing in a variety of settings in the Greater Boston and South Florida areas since1996. Tamar received her degrees from the accelerated dual degree program for Physical Therapy at the Sergeant College of Allied Health Professions at Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts. She completed her requirements for Bachelor of Science degree in three years and then received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT ) degree in 1996.
Tamar’s clinical affiliations include: Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston, MA (an affiliate of Harvard Medical School), Martin Memorial Medical Center in Stuart, FL., and The Arc of Palm Beach County.
Her wide range of clinical experiences allows Tamar to appreciate all aspects of the patient’s rehabilitation process. Tamar’s continuing education affords her patients the specialized training for the care of pre-operative, post-operative orthopedic diagnoses, as well as for work and sports related injuries of the spine, shoulder and lower extremities. Tamar has been a member of the APTA since 1992. She achieved and has maintained licensure in both Massachusetts and Florida since 1996. Additionally, Tamar is a Certified Personal Trainer through International Sports and Fitness Trainers Association.
